These terms are effective from 1 January 2026

2 Account Eligibility
The agen69 platform is exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. agen69 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with these requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Register voluntarily and not under coercion from any party.
- Not listed on any active self-exclusion or gambling prohibition registry.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Register using accurate, current, and valid personal information.
- Not using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
Warning: Registering on behalf of or representing another person is strictly prohibited. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the agen69 platform.
3 Registration & Account Management
3.1 Registration Process
The registration process at agen69 is designed to be simple and fast. You are required to provide accurate personal details when signing up, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address.
- A single phone number and email address can only be linked to one account.
- Details provided during registration must match your official identification documents.
- Agen69 reserves the right to request a copy of your identification documents for KYC verification purposes at any time.
- Accounts found to be using false or inaccurate information will be suspended immediately without any refund.
3.2 Password Security
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Immediately notify the agen69 support team if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- Agen69 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and can be enabled through your account settings.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Agen69 supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, bank transfers, and e-wallets. All deposits are processed in real time and funds will be credited to your account within under a minute after successful payment confirmation.
- The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
- No general daily maximum deposit limit is set, but personal limits can be configured through your account settings.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Agen69 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Winnings withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
- The first withdrawal from an account requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your agen69 account.
- Agen69 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security review purposes if required.
Important Note: Any attempt to circumvent bonus wagering requirements or use fraudulent strategies during the withdrawal process will result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure without notice.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Agen69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
- Bonuses can only be credited to an account once all eligibility conditions have been fully met.
- Agen69 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Abuse of the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is prohibited and may result in account closure.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
- In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall apply.
6 Game Rules
All games available on the agen69 platform operate using a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure fairness in every round. The following general rules apply to all games on our platform.
- Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed.
- Any technical disruption occurring during gameplay will be resolved based on system records — incomplete results will be voided and bets returned.
- The use of automated software, bots, or unauthorized tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
- Agen69 reserves the right to void any bets or rounds found to contain technical errors or display faults.

8 Bans & Account Closure

- Agen69 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors.
- Agen69 is not responsible for losses arising from unfavorable game outcomes — gaming involves financial risk that is borne entirely by the user.
- Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account caused by the user's own negligence are the user's responsibility.
- Agen69's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
10 Terms Amendment
